Job Description

Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, aligned with the company´s objective, driving revenue growth and achieve sales targets withing the Brazilian Paintings market.

• Manage key customers by building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships while expanding the customer base by gaining share and introducing innovation to the market.
• Oversee sales operations, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with customers
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare accurate forecasts and reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams
• Drive customer-centric initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
