1. RESPONSIBILITY :
• 负责公司产品在全国区域的销售推广工作，能够圆满完成公司下达的各项销售工作、销售任务；
• 根据中期及年度销售计划开拓完善经销网络；
• 汇总市场信息，提报产品改善或产品开发建议；
• 洞察、预测渠道危机，及时提出改善意见；
• 把握重点客户，控制70%以上的产品销售动态；
• 参与重大销售谈判和签订合同；
• 组织建立、健全客户档案；
• 指导、巡视、监督、检查所属经销商的各项工作，保证公司各项政策、方针、策略落地。
2. REQUIREMENTS :
• 大专及以上学历；
• 具有三年以上系统窗产品的销售或者技术背景，熟悉门窗行业动态和竞争趋势。
• 了解型材门窗产品知识和销售模式。
• 掌握市场营销具备良好的沟通能力、表达能力和商务处理能力；
• 有责任心，积极的工作态度和团队合作精神，能够主动积极开拓业务及扩展业务关系；
• 根据工作需要可不定期出差或外派；
• 熟练使用Office等办公软件。
