• Proven experience in product sales of at least 5 years.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment.

• Have experience in managing teams.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Have a car license.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored packaging solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and promotional materials.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
