Fitness Sales Manager - UFC GYM Hendersonville

UFC GYM Hendersonville is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Fitness Sales Manager to lead Personal Training growth, drive supplement sales, and create an exceptional member experience. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness, thrives on sales, and enjoys developing relationships that help people achieve life-changing results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive Personal Training and supplement sales to achieve monthly revenue goals.
• Conduct fitness assessments, consultations, club tours, and training appointments.
• Convert prospects and members into long-term Personal Training clients.
• Generate new business through referrals, member outreach, digital prospecting, events, and in-club promotions.
• Service introductory training packages and re-sign clients into ongoing programs.
• Track client progress, training programs, supplement purchases, and member results.
• Execute revenue-generating activities including workshops, body composition assessments, challenges, and special events.

Team Leadership

• Partner with the Fitness Manager and General Manager to achieve department and club goals.
• Support, coach, and motivate the Personal Training team to maximize performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings focused on sales, member retention, and service excellence.
• Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and member success.

Member Experience & Operations

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming fitness environment.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and referrals.
• Resolve member concerns professionally and promptly.
• Manage client scheduling, appointments, and follow-up communications.
• Conduct daily club walk-throughs to ensure a clean, safe, and professional facility.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR/AED Certification required.
• Minimum one approved Personal Training certification recognized by UFC GYM.
• 2+ years of fitness, personal training, sales, or related experience.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to motivate clients and team members.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, coach, and engage with members throughout the day.
• Ability to demonstrate exercises and safely operate fitness equipment.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and move up to 45 pounds.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
