Zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen, internationalen Teams an unserem Hauptsitz in Celle suchen wir schnellstmöglich einen Sales Manager (m/w/d) OEM in Vollzeit.

Hier sind Deine Kenntnisse gefragt:

Permanente Beobachtung des Marktes und Analyse der Wettbewerbssituation

Ausbau der Stammkunden & Gewinnung von Neukunden in Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung; Fokus: Europa

Erstellung technisch & kommerziell wettbewerbsfähiger Angebote, Nachverfolgung & Durchführung von Kundenverhandlungen

Wahrnehmung aktiver Vertriebsaktivitäten in Form von Kundenbesuchen, Akquisitionen, Messeauftritten

Enge Zusammenarbeit & Kommunikation mit internen Bereichen wie R&D, Einkauf, Marketing, MaWi, Service und Finanzen

Erzielt Umsatz- und Margenziele und sichert Kundenzufriedenheit über die Betreuung von Akquisition bis zum Serieneinsatz

Stellt die Auftragserfassung und Weiterverarbeitung über den Vertriebsinnendienst im ERP-System sicher

Überblickt Projekte, Programme und Kundenbeziehungen international

Die Position berichtet direkt an den Vertriebsleiter und führt ein kleines Vertriebsinnendienstteam für den Bereich OEM

Das bringst Du mit:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft mit technischen Kenntnissen

Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb/KAM internationaler OEMs, idealerweise von Motorenherstellern

Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel

Teamarbeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit

Hohe Reisebereitschaft; Führerscheinklasse "B"

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Von Vorteil sind:

Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen

Zusätzliche Fremdsprachenkenntnisse

Wissen und Erfahrung im globalen Gasmotorenmarkt
