If this sounds like you, we have an opportunity at Zumtobel Lighting as our Sales Manager, located in Oslo. In this role you will combine strategic thinking, customer focus, and team collaboration to drive real business impact.

Responsibilities

You will drive commercial performance and take full P&L responsibility for the Norwegian sales organization, ensuring sustainable and profitable business growth.
You will lead, develop and inspire the local sales team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a shared customer focus.
You can adapt and execute Zumtobel Group’s sales strategy to fit local market dynamics and customer needs.
You take ownership of sales KPIs including revenue, margin, pipeline development, and forecasting accuracy.
You manage and grow key customer relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and other key decision-makers
You will support and oversee high-value projects and complex sales opportunities.
You collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing, sales operations, and product teams.

Skills & Experience

A university degree in business or engineering, ideally with focus on international Sales/Marketing.
Strong commercial skills and demonstrated success in driving business development and profitable growth, ideally within lighting, construction, building services, or electrical sectors.
You are an enthusiastic, proactive and self-reliant person with excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to inspire teams to achieve corporate goals.
Prior exposure to team leadership would be considered as an advantage.
The ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and encounter challenges with a positive attitude.
You should have a curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development.
A high level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce).
Full professional proficiency in Norwegian and very good English skills.
