The Sales Manager role with [UAE] will lead and grow a high-performing sales team within one of our strategic business areas. This is a people management role, responsible for leading a focused team and driving sustainable revenue growth across key markets. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with hands-on sales expertise and will play a critical role in executing go-to-market strategies, developing talent, and building long-term customer relationships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
  • Own and drive regional / portfolio revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and forecast accuracy
  • Define and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Support the team in complex deal cycles, including executive-level customer engagements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, customer success, product) to ensure successful deal execution and customer outcomes
  • Provide regular reporting on performance, pipeline health, and business insights to senior leadership

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or sales management role, ideally within technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with senior customer stakeholders
  • Solid business acumen with strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience leading teams across multiple markets or regions
  • Background in strategic account sales
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional global teams
