In the UK, we are currently building our local organisation and are at a very exciting point in our journey, with the launch of a UK Deposit Return Scheme in October 2027.
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our North East England region—building strong relationships with customers, developing new opportunities, and supporting the rollout of TOMRA solutions across the area.
The UK Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) is coming and will significantly change how recycling works across the country. TOMRA is playing a leading role in this transition, and we’re growing our UK team to support it.
This is a role where you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own territory, plan your approach, and make a real impact locally—while being backed by a collaborative and supportive UK-wide team.
The opportunity
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business across North East England—identifying opportunities, building relationships with retailers, and guiding conversations through to long-term partnerships.
