RDX Sports is seeking a high-performance Sales Manager to lead and scale our North
America B2B sales operations. This is a hands-on leadership role combining individual
revenue responsibility with full ownership of team targets.
The successful candidate will drive aggressive revenue growth by building structure,
accountability, and disciplined pipeline management within HubSpot while actively
developing key distributor, gym, wholesale, and e-commerce reseller accounts across the
US and Canada.
This role requires a commercially sharp operator who can close business, coach a hybrid
sales team, and build repeatable processes that support scale.
Responsibilities :-
Revenue & Target Ownership
● Carry an individual revenue target in addition to team target responsibility.
● Drive aggressive year-on-year growth across North America.
● Develop and execute scalable B2B sales strategies across:
○ Distributors
○ Gyms and wholesale accounts
○ E-commerce resellers
● Identify and unlock high-value accounts capable of meaningful revenue contribution.
Team Leadership & Scaling
● Lead, manage, and develop a team of 6 sales reps (scaling to 10).
● Recruit, onboard, and train additional team members as part of expansion.
● Implement structured sales KPIs: pipeline coverage, conversion rates, activity
metrics, and forecasting accuracy.
● Run weekly pipeline reviews and performance accountability sessions.
CRM & Process Excellence
● Enforce disciplined use of HubSpot for:
○ Pipeline tracking
○ Forecasting
○ Activity management
○ Reporting
● Build scalable workflows, reporting dashboards, and standardized sales stages.
● Improve forecasting accuracy and visibility for senior leadership.
Market Expansion
● Develop North American account penetration strategies.
● Establish structured distributor onboarding and performance frameworks.
● Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities.
● Strengthen reseller and wholesale channel performance.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
● 6+ years of B2B sales leadership experience.
● Proven experience managing a sales team with direct revenue accountability.
● Track record of scaling revenue in a structured, measurable way.
● Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable).
● Experience handling distributor and wholesale channels is strongly preferred.
