Activities

The Sales Manager- North position is responsible for :-

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage and optimize the allocated budget to maximize sales performance.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification level required for the position : Level 6 = Bachelor’s or equivalent level
• Technical skills required for the position : - Product knowledge- Industry knowledge- Automotive market knowledge
• Behavioral competencies required for the position : - Communication skills- Negotiation skills- Persuasive skills
• Language skills required for the position : - English- Bahasa Malaysia and other local languages
• Certification required for the position : - Bachelor
• Specific knowledge required for the position : - Industry knowledge
• Level of experience required for the position : 5 Years above
