In this high-impact role, you will drive the commercial development of our Corporate Non-Life portfolio, strengthen strategic broker partnerships, and play a pivotal role in Allianz's growth ambitions across the Benelux region.

Your Impact

As Sales Manager Non-Life, you will act as the commercial face of Allianz for major corporate brokers. You will develop and execute growth strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure Allianz remains a preferred insurance partner for large corporate clients.

Working closely with Underwriting, Risk Engineering, Claims, and Leadership teams, you will combine market expertise with commercial acumen to deliver tailored insurance solutions that create value for brokers and clients alike.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop strategic relationships with key corporate brokers.
• Drive profitable growth within the Corporate Non-Life portfolio
• Develop commercial plans and broker strategies aligned with Allianz objectives
• Identify new business opportunities across Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, Engineering, and Specialty segments
• Represent Allianz during broker negotiations, client meetings, and market events
• Collaborate closely with Underwriting and Risk teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and emerging corporate risk trends
• Negotiate complex insurance programs while maintaining profitability targets
• Strengthen Allianz's market position and increase broker engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor for brokers and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, portfolio management activities, and business development projects

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience within Corporate Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Broking, or Business Development
• Proven experience working with large brokers.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Non-Life insurance products and market dynamics
• Successful track record in business development, relationship management, or insurance sales
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially driven with a strong focus on sustainable growth
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Passion for building long-term partnerships and delivering client value
