Key Responsibilities
·Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the New & Used Sales teams
·Drive profitability in both New and Pre-Owned vehicle departments
·Improve customer retention and satisfaction
·Set, monitor, and maintain performance standards
·Identify new opportunities to grow sales and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
·2+ years of previous automotive sales management experience required
·Proven ability to close deals and lead high-performing teams
·Strong customer focus with the ability to think quickly and problem-solve
·Innovative mindset to build new opportunities for the dealership
·Basic MS Office skills and general computer, internet, and math proficiency
