The Sales Manager LATAM Aluminium Hardware Solutions will report to the General Manager.

It will be expected to be able to lead the commercial development of our Aluminium Hardware business across Latin America.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the regional growth strategy, expanding market presence, developing high-value partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth across distributors, wholesalers, aluminium system houses, fabricators and key project accounts.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring a deep understanding of the aluminium industry, strong business development capabilities and the ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures throughout the LATAM region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Aluminium Hardware business across LATAM.
• Deliver ambitious growth targets through both existing customers and new market development.
• Identify, evaluate and develop strategic partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, aluminium systems companies and major fabricators.
• Lead negotiations with key regional accounts and strategic partners.
• Develop annual business plans, sales budgets and growth initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Build and execute market entry and expansion plans for priority countries and segments.
• Manage and develop the regional sales pipeline, ensuring consistent project tracking and conversion.
• Promote the company's portfolio of aluminium hardware solutions for doors, windows, sliding systems and façade applications.
• Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain and Technical teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive activity, pricing trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the introduction of new products and innovative solutions tailored to regional market needs.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs and key customer meetings.
• Prepare regular business reviews, sales forecasts and strategic reports for senior management.
• Act as the key interface between LATAM markets and corporate leadership.
• Recruit, coach and develop local commercial resources as the organization continues to grow.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Academy requirement

• Preferably with Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field.

Languages:

• Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish are mandatory. English is highly valued.

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of successful sales and business development experience.
• At least 5 years in a regional or leadership position within the construction, architectural or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in:
  • Aluminium Hardware Solutions;
  • Aluminium Systems;
  • Architectural Hardware;
  • Doors, Windows and Façade Solutions;
  • Construction Distribution Channels;
  • B2B Commercial Management.
• Strong network within LATAM aluminium system houses, fabricators, wholesalers, distributors and construction industry stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new markets and successfully execute growth strategies across multiple countries.
• Experience managing complex negotiations and strategic key accounts.

Personal Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of P&L management, pricing strategies and business planning.
• Ability to work effectively within a multinational and matrix organization.
• Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
• Availability for extensive international travel across LATAM.
