Responsibilities Include:
Manage and oversee a large team of loan officers
Ensure strong sales performance and revenue growth
Enforce company protocols and performance standards
Monitor team activity and productivity
Develop systems to improve efficiency and results
Provide coaching and accountability to team members
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience managing a large sales team
Background in mortgage or lending industry
Strong systems and process orientation
Proven leadership and performance management skills
Results-driven and organized
Salary: $150k/Year + Commission
