The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join our exceptional sales team, with a focus on the Modi’in area This role is perfect for a results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to cultivate and manage long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire sales cycle – handling warm leads, conducting negotiations, and closing deals.
• Proactively generating new leads and driving the sales pipeline in the Modi’in region
• Leading commercial and legal negotiations until deal closure.
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client companies.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets while continuously analyzing performance for growth.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• The ability to handle objections and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree – an advantage.
• Previous sales experience – a significant advantage.
