Sales Manager Mobility Hunting / Vertriebsgebiet Süddeutschland (all genders)

Deine Aufgaben:
Akquise von Neukunden sowie Betreuung neuer Kunden in der Einarbeitungs- und Aufbauphase.
Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Kunden- und Markt-
potenziale im Vertriebsgebiet.
Beratung von Kunden zu bestehenden und neuen Produkten sowie Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
Sicherstellung der Vertriebsziele durch Umsatz- und Ertrags-
optimierung.
Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Automobil-
bereich.
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst, Partner Management oder einer vergleichbaren Vertriebsfunktion.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, gute Kenntnisse in MS
Office und Salesforce sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis.
Hohe Eigenmotivation, Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
