Job Description

s:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across sales, financing, marketing, delivery, service, and training activities.
  • Support business and financial strategy and planning through effective monitoring, management, and reporting, whilst contributing to policy and strategic development for the Australian market.
  • Assist in new business development initiatives and provide input into new product development activities.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s corporate image and reputation, ensuring the brand is effectively promoted and protected, while carrying out managerial duties in accordance with Manitowoc’s legal and ethical standards.
  • Represent the organisation through participation in relevant Australian industry bodies, such as CICA.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities, both direct and indirect, including import/export administration, licensing, contracts and agreements, product registrations, and management of key supplier, customer, and partner relationships, as required.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in crane or heavy equipment sales would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, while also capable of working independently.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
