About the Role
Mineral Technologies Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Business Growth to lead strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our footprint across India and key markets in Asia. This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth in the mining and mineral processing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across mining, mineral processing, and industrial segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
Drive the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure
Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers
Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with company objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Mining / Mineral Processing (MBA preferred)
8–15 years of experience in business development or sales within the mining or related industry
Strong understanding of mineral processing equipment and solutions (spirals, gravity separation, etc.)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally
