Driving Revenue Growth & Strategic Client Expansion

As a Client Partner, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and expanding Aleph’s footprint in Austria, directly contributing to revenue generation, portfolio expansion, and long-term strategic client partnerships.

This is a revenue-driven, commercially focused role responsible for owning a book of business, identifying new growth opportunities, and positioning Aleph as a strategic partner within the digital advertising ecosystem.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Sell Microsoft Advertising solutions to both new and existing advertisers
• Proactively generate new leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities
• Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer sales experience.
• Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across key verticals through industry events, outreach, and market engagement.
• Engage regularly with new and existing clients to understand campaign objectives, KPIs, and future marketing plans.
• Recommend tailored solutions from the product portfolio to help clients achieve their business and marketing goals.
• Lead onboarding processes for new clients, including guiding them through legal and compliance requirements.
• Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Introduce Aleph to new prospects and expand presence across target industries
• Collaborate closely with Client Solutions Managers (Account Managers) to ensure smooth campaign launches and execution
• Provide timely, actionable feedback to clients to optimize performance and strengthen relationships

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 34,160. In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
