
A globally active manufacturer in the construction machinery and access technology sector is expanding its European footprint and strengthening its position in the aerial work platforms (AWP / MEWP) segment. As part of this growth phase, the customer is actively developing its commercial structure across key European markets.
The customer is currently hiring experienced Sales Managers to support regional market development, drive customer acquisition, and further expand its AWP / MEWP business.

Contract type: Permanent / 40 hours per week / Hybrid + field-based sales
Start date: As soon as possible
Your Responsibilities:
Build and develop the regional market for AWP / MEWP solutions.
Active acquisition of new customers and strategic development of key accounts.
Manage customers from the following sectors:
Rental companies.
Construction companies.
Industrial end customers.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
Close collaboration with after-sales and service teams.
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
Regular customer visits within your assigned territory.
Your Profile (Must-have):
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B field sales.
Proven success in Key Account Management.
Mandatory requirements:
Experience in AWP / MEWP (aerial work platforms) or comparable access technology.
Experience in an OEM (manufacturer) environment.
Proven sales performance (≥ €1M annual revenue responsibility).
Strong network within the German market (rental, construction, industrial sectors).
Very good German language skills (C1 level).
Good English communication skills for international collaboration.
Independent, structured, and results-driven working style.
High willingness to travel within Germany.
