We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our VIC Branch based in Truganina. We are looking for someone who has experience successfully leading and managing a sales team to maintain a customer centric business and sales culture. This role will be responsible for managing a team of 4 Territory Account Managers, 2 Key Account Mangers and a Business Development Manager for the VIC market.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

• Guiding and leading the team to hit KPIs and targets in a competitive market
• Providing effective sales planning strategies based on analysing and understanding real-time sales data
• Developing productive and value-adding working relationships with our customers
• Providing sales mentoring and coaching to enable the team to achieve success in retaining our existing customer portfolio as well as developing and growing new business
• Maintaining focus and discipline around CRM usage

• A demonstrated track record of B2B Solution selling experience
