The Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker) will play a key role in developing and managing business opportunities with local and international clients, particularly those from Mandarin-speaking markets. This role focuses on promoting the companys data center and technology infrastructure services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive and fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the data center, cloud, and digital infrastructure sectors.
  • Manage and grow relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Present and promote the companys full suite of servicescolocation, interconnection, cloud, and managed solutionsto potential clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, and marketing) to prepare proposals, quotations, and customized solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics.
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure timely completion of all sales documentation.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the companys capabilities and value propositions.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in data center, IT, telecom, or technology solutions industries.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) essential for client communication.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across different cultures.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the data center or cloud industry is a strong advantage
