While we carry the legacy of Canada’s most trusted media brands, our engine is purely digital. We are seeking a tech-forward, high-energy Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale a newly formed team of Associate Account Executives.
This team is hyper-focused on small and mid-market Canadian communities, the cities and towns where local businesses form the backbone of the economy. Your team will protect and grow these communities by connecting local business owners to Postmedia’s full suite of cutting-edge digital marketing solutions. Your mission is to act as head coach: taking hungry, rising sales talent and turning them into elite digital consultants who are deeply passionate about helping local economies thrive.

What You’ll Do:
• Build and Coach Rising Talent: Act as the primary growth engine for a new team of Associate AEs. Use AI-driven call insights and pipeline metrics to run elite coaching sessions, sharpening their virtual pitching, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Drive Net-New Local Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to small to mid-market communities, helping your team uncover untapped opportunities and win new business.
• Simplify Complex Digital Strategies: Help your team translate the full digital marketing funnel (SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Social, Display, Websites, Listings, Classifieds) into simple, high-ROI growth solutions for local business owners.
• Foster a Passion for Community: Maintain a high-energy, accountable, and collaborative culture centered around a shared mission: keeping local advertising dollars recirculating within Canadian communities.
• Scale and Onboard: Recruit and onboard a continuous pipeline of digital-first hunters, running a structured, simulation-based training process to get them hitting quota fast.

Compensation:
Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location.
Base Salary: $44,764-$61,724 + Variable
