Job Description

To further ensure and grow our sales department in LATAM, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager. As the Sales Manager you will lead a team of Territory Account Executives for the portfolio of NSF's Service offerings and ensuring sales goals and quotas are met.

Key Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead a team of LATAM Territory Account Executives for the Food, ISR, and Water business units
  • Sales goal is the cumulative sales target for the team
  • Responsible for sales leadership, people development, sales enablement, organizational excellence for all Territory Account Managers
  • Provide direction & Leadership, training, development, and mentoring to the LATAM Sales team
  • Assist in the growth of employees through training and career development activities.
  • Recruit new team members as necessary
  • Establish staff priorities and assignments
  • Establish performance goals and monitor performance levels
  • Determine and initiate actions required to correct any deficiencies in meeting sales objectives/financial targets

Education/Experience

  • 4-year degree required
  • LATAM Sales management experience required
  • Experience leading a team of sales professionals
  • Connections within the Industry to expand the current client base, preferred
  • Previous experience communicating and building relationships at C-level of enterprise organization
  • May include deep knowledge/experience in targeted industry
  • Knowledge and/or experience within TIC Industry, preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time and internationally up to 10% of the time.
  • Create, promote and foster a working environment whereby all sales personnel participate in the improvement of sales processes.
