
An internationally growing manufacturer in the construction equipment sector is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth across selected European markets.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with strong industry connections, proven success in field sales, and experience managing key accounts within the powered access, rental, construction, or industrial sectors.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
Identify, acquire, and manage key customers including rental companies, contractors, and industrial clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with after-sales, service, and technical teams to deliver excellent customer support
Represent the business at trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and customer meetings
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to senior management
Travel regularly across the assigned territory to meet customers and support business development initiatives
Minimum 5 years of successful field sales experience, including new business development and key account management
Strong background in Aerial Work Platforms (AWP / MEWP) or related lifting/access equipment industries
Proven sales track record with measurable commercial success
Established network within construction, rental, or industrial equipment markets
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
High willingness to travel within the region
Fluent in English and one additional language Swedish, Danish or Finnish.
