Job Description

Our client, a growing company within the interior solutions and design industry, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales function and drive business growth across the UAE & GCC.

We are looking for someone with strong B2B sales experience within interior fit-outs, furniture, flooring, lighting, blinds/window treatments, architectural products or related interior solutions.

The Role

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance expectations.
• Drive new business development and expand the client base across the UAE/GCC.
• Build strong relationships with corporate end users, developers, contractors, fit-out companies, architects, interior designers and consultants.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and new revenue streams.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement through negotiation, closing and handover.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure effective CRM usage and reporting.
• Analyse sales performance, conversion rates, margins, pipeline and market trends to improve commercial performance.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections.
• Work closely with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth project delivery, invoicing, collections and overall client satisfaction.
• Monitor profitability and pricing, ensuring agreed margins are achieved.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within interiors, fit-out, furniture, flooring, lighting, blinds/window solutions or related building/interior products.
• Proven experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Strong B2B business development and client relationship management experience.
• Established network across developers, contractors, fit-out companies, architects, designers and corporate end users.
• Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC interior and construction ecosystem.
• Commercially driven with strong understanding of sales targets, margins, forecasting and profitability.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and CRM capabilities.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial and target-driven approach.
