About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead a high-performing B2C sales team in a fast-paced, call center / inbound sales environment. In this role, you will manage a team of inside sales representatives and account managers, driving performance across a high-volume pipeline of homeowner leads.
You will play a crucial role in improving sales performance and conversion rates through effective goal setting, coaching, and day-to-day team support. As a hands-on sales leader, you’ll develop talent, lead ongoing sales training, and implement scalable strategies that drive revenue growth while enhancing the customer experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for a sales manager with experience leading remote inside sales teams or call center agents, who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.
