Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition:

    Actively identify, prospect, and close new leads within the industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics sectors across Penang and the Northern Region.

  • Solution Selling:

    Conduct site walks and technical assessments to analyze operational bottlenecks. Demonstrate how automation solutions optimize workflows, reduce labor costs, and maximize ROI.

  • Market Expansion:

    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate untapped industrial segments and establish a dominant market presence for service robotics.

  • High-Impact Demonstrations:

    Deliver compelling presentations and live, on-site demonstrations of autonomous technology to key decision-makers, including C-Suite executives, Factory Managers, and Operations Leads.

  • Full-Cycle Sales Management:

    Manage the entire sales process, from cold calling and lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sales handover, ensuring a seamless transition and long-term customer satisfaction.

  • Industry Advocacy:

    Stay ahead of Industry 4.0 trends to act as a consultant for clients looking to modernize their facility maintenance and internal logistics.


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally within Industrial Automation, Warehouse Solutions, or Logistics Tech.

  • Professional fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

  • Proven track record of selling technical solutions (e.g., AGVs, AMRs, ASRS, or complex industrial machinery).

  • A self-starter who is motivated by targets, commissions, and the "thrill of the chase."

  • An existing network within the manufacturing or logistics ecosystem is a significant advantage.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel across the Northern Region for client visits.
