Cimatron helps mold makers build tooling, regardless of complexity and size, with an integrated CAD/CAM solution for mold and die design and manufacturing. Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our sales in India, South Africa, and Middle East (except Israel).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an operational sales plan to achieve the sales targets for both direct and indirect sales channels (resellers) and expand our customer base within the region assigned (India, South Africa, and Middle east except Israel) and develop long-term partnership with new customers, resellers, and partners.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, generate and qualify customer leads and track them via CRM.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their specific needs
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Participate in events to promote and develop the business, collaborate with machine tool builders and cutting tool manufacturers from business development perspective
  • Recruit, and develop new resellers across the region
  • Manage existing reseller relationships to ensure alignment with Cimatron’s sales goals and brand positioning
  • Enable resellers through sales training, product positioning, pricing guidance, and joint customer engagements
  • Drive reseller pipeline reviews, sales deal registrations, and accurate sales forecasting
  • Ensure resellers meet performance expectations, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop tailored solutions, build convincing sales presentations and promotional materials to showcase the benefits and features of our CAD/CAM/CAE software solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Management and achievement of assigned KPI's and provide regular sales reports and sales forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in sales (at least 12-15 years of experience), preferably within the CAD/CAM/CAE software
  • Strong experience in Channel Sales Management is a must.
  • Good understanding of the mold and die market and its specific requirements.
  • Strong consultative and solution selling skills
  • Knowledge of CRM system - Salesforce
  • Prior experience in selling Plastic Injection Molding Flow Simulation / Metal Forming Simulation software products will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
