Drive Growth in Europe’s Independent Aftermarket Market

We are seeking a Sales Manager IAM Europe to join our Mobility Group team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader AFM Europe, this role will be responsible for accelerating growth across the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) channel in assigned European markets. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, expand strategic customer relationships, implement market growth strategies, and lead commercial initiatives focused on revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business development.

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is EUR 51,200 – EUR 75,020 gross per year.

What you’ll do

  • Drive Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base in the Independent Aftermarket Channel in the assigned countries in Europe
  • Customer Strategy: Develop and execute annual profit and five-year strategic plans, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities and competitive information for new products and systems
  • Cost Management: Manage cost reduction programs to support customer initiatives while maintaining profitability.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships, addressing inquiries, contracts, and complaints.
  • Performance Reporting: Evaluate and communicate customer performance, and deploy action plans to improve satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Automotive sales industry, Aftermarket preferred

Skills

  • Financial Expertise: Strong proficiency in P&L management, cost estimation, and pricing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of the aftermarket sector and its customer base.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, along with at least one additional language between French, Italian, German or Spanish .
  • Proven ability to design and effectively communicate compelling value propositions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time.

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time
