Job Category: SalesLewis Bakeries, Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager for the Huntsville, AL area. The desired candidate must be located in this area. The position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Essential Functions
- Manage customer accounts including developing, and growing customer relationships in a big box selling environment.
- Providing leadership to a team to achieve sales volume targets
- Recruit, train and develop a team of store merchandisers to meet customer requirements and expectations, as well as sales targets
- Providing feedback to management to ensure effective results
- Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by following company strategies
- Observing and reporting competitive activity within the territory and recommending solutions to management
- Promoting practices that result in all employees conducting themselves in a safe and professional manner

Qualifications
Successful candidates must have at least three years of sales and management experience in a consumer packaged goods or direct store delivery environment. College degree is preferred.
