This role is for someone who is energized by building a healthy, high-performing sales team where talented, independent advisors can grow, stay aligned, and perform at a high level. The right leader builds trust so feedback and accountability are welcomed, not resisted, and helps bring greater clarity, urgency, and alignment to the team. With the right person in this seat, the department becomes more structured, more accountable, and better positioned to grow.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + performance-based bonus opportunities
