Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (Corporate, Travel Agents, OTA, Groups)
  • Conduct sales calls, site visits, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain a strong client database

2. Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maximize room revenue, occupancy, and average rate (ARR)
  • Promote hotel services, packages, and offers

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Handle client queries, negotiations, and contracts
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

4. Market Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Provide inputs for sales strategy and business planning
  • Identify potential market segments and opportunities

5. Coordination

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and F&B for bookings and events
  • Ensure smooth execution of group bookings and corporate stays
  • Work closely with revenue and operations teams

6. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Update CRM systems and sales trackers

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities
  • Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
  • Good knowledge of hotel sales and revenue concepts

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
  • 3–6 years of experience in hotel sales
  • Knowledge of local market and corporate segment preferred
