Job Description

HOLOGATE is looking for you as a dedicated  Sales Manager HGXR (m/f/d) to actively acquire new clients within the police and military sector.

In this security-relevant role, you are focusing on developing new business opportunities, managing public tenders, and presenting our training solutions to potential clients. You are responsible for strategically positioning our innovative HGXR systems in the B2G market and identifying growth potential within government authorities, operational organizations, and military institutions.

  • Supporting commercial activities in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) under the leadership of the Head of Sales
  • Closely coordinating with government and military authorities, contracting entities, procurement advisors, and decision-makers
  • Coordinating and supporting order acquisition and the sales of simulation systems, including submitting proposals and supporting negotiations
  • Creating dashboards to monitor activities and recording activity reports in the CRM system
  • Acquiring new clients within the B2G sector (federal, state, and municipal authorities as well as security and defense organizations)
  • Identifying potential and attractive markets for our HGXR solutions and searching for, managing, and supporting public tenders and procurement procedures
  • Organizing and conducting product presentations, workshops, and live demos – including at trade fairs and security-relevant facilities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with authorities and organizations and participating in relevant industry events, congresses, and trade fairs
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, and Support to ensure successful proposal and sales execution
  • Native-level German and very good English skills
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally within the B2G sector or the security/defense industry
  • Experience with public tenders and procurement procedures is an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Structured, self-reliant, and results-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel for trade fairs and client meetings
  • Experience with XR, VR, or AR technologies or simulation-based training systems
  • Knowledge of procurement processes within police, military, or government organizations
  • Knowledge of public procurement law
  • Experience in international business negotiations and contract closures
