You've managed sales teams before — and you know exactly what it takes to keep them sharp.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Lead and manage an existing, high-volume sales team
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to them

Performance & Results

• Drive revenue outcomes with a focus on measurable results, not just activity
• Monitor performance metrics and course-correct quickly when needed

Leadership Visibility

• Report directly to company leadership
• Move fast, make decisions, and have a real seat at the table

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a sales team — accountability and results are your baseline
• Self-directed and mature; you don't need hand-holding to get things done
• Homecare industry experience a plus
