Job Description

To drive hotel revenue by acquiring new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving room, banquet, and catering sales targets while delivering exceptional guest service in line with IHG brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through sales calls, client meetings, and networking.
  • Manage and grow corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.

  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with an international brand.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
