Location:Irvine, CA (Onsite) | Type:Full-time | Compensation: $72,000 - $180,000+

Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. With a history dating back to 1963, our group has established a reputation for innovation, integrity, and customer-centric services. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the new and used vehicle sales teams—hire, train, coach, and develop high performers.
  • Run the day‑to‑day sales operation and showroom activity to ensure strong customer engagement and consistent results.
  • Partner with the GM/GSM to set and achieve monthly and annual sales, gross profit, and performance goals.
  • Coach sales consultants on best practices for selling, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Track performance, forecast sales, and share results with dealership leadership.
  • Monitor CSI and ensure timely follow‑up to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Step in to resolve customer concerns and ensure issues are handled quickly and professionally.
  • Build a positive, accountable culture that reflects Genesis’ core values.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and all regulations.

What You'll Need

  • 2–3 years of prior Automotive Sales Management experience required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals with exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance trends and forecast results.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
