We’re hiring a Sales Manager to manage and grow our federation partnerships while
building a new sales division around this segment. This role will own existing deals,
coordinate internally, and gradually build a small team.
Key Responsibilities :-
● Manage and grow existing federation partnerships
● Identify and close new federation opportunities
● Coordinate with Marketing and Production to execute deals smoothly
● Set up basic sales processes and structure for this division
● Hire and manage a small sales team as the division grows
Requirements
● Minimum 4+ years of sales or key account management experience
● Experience handling large or strategic accounts
● Strong coordination and communication skills
● Comfortable building processes in a new setup
