Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual,
quarterly, and monthly sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth
targets.
- Manage accounts and maintain
strong relationships with distribution and channel partners, ensuring
proper monitoring of sales performance, stock levels, and inventory
movement.
- Drive sales initiatives and
oversee daily partner engagement to support business objectives.
- Analyze sales data (orders,
inventory, sell-in/sell-out) to forecast demand and uncover new
opportunities within existing product lines.
- Implement commercial
strategies covering pricing structures, distribution policies, partner
portfolio management, and incentive schemes.
- Organize product training and
certification programs for partners, dealers, and frontline teams in line
with product rollouts.
- Conduct regular market
research to gather insights on competitive products, pricing, and
promotional trends, and recommend proactive strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing
campaigns and promotional activities aligned with the companys business
objectives.
Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of
channel sales experience in building systems, safety solutions, or related
industries.
- Strong communication and
negotiation skills; proficient in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to
independently manage business development initiatives and deliver results
in a competitive market.
- Strong teamwork, relationship
management, and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to travel as
needed for client visits, training, and partner engagement.
