At Findus, we are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager Export & Private Label to take ownership of our Export and Private Label business. About the job
This is much more than a traditional sales role.
As Sales Manager Export & Private Label, you will take ownership of two strategically important business areas and play a central role in shaping their future development. While both Export and Private Label are already established parts of our business, this role has been created to bring them together under one ownership and accelerate future growth.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager Sweden and serving as a member of the Swedish Leadership Team, you will have a high degree of autonomy and influence in defining priorities, identifying opportunities and driving the commercial agenda forward. Beyond leading your business area, you will contribute to the broader business strategy and play an active role in shaping the continued success of Findus Sweden.
You will lead and further develop our Export business from the Nordic markets to customers, distributors and partners around the world, while also owning the Nordic Private Label business in close collaboration with local commercial teams across Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
With full P&L responsibility, you will be accountable for driving profitable growth, building long-term customer relationships and identifying new opportunities across markets and channels. You will work across the entire value chain and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure successful execution of growth plans.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building, shaping and growing a business area while combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
The role is based in Malmö or Copenhagen, with commuting distance to the office a couple of times per month, and includes travel within Europe and other international markets.
Key responsibilities
Own and develop the Export and Private Label business across the Nordic region
Drive profitable growth and deliver against revenue, margin and profitability targets
Develop and execute commercial growth plans and customer strategies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets and partnerships
Lead negotiations with customers, distributors and Private Label partners
Manage the full customer lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution and follow-up
Own forecasting, budgeting and P&L performance
Build strong and sustainable relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent customer delivery and execution
Actively contribute as a member of the Swedish Leadership Team, helping shape business strategy, priorities and organizational success
Contribute to shaping the future direction of the Export and Private Label business

To succeed in this role, you likely bring:
Experience working with international customers, distributors or export markets
Several years of experience from Sales, Commercial or Business Development roles
Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships
Experience with P&L responsibility and delivering profitable growth
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Experience from FMCG, food or consumer goods industries
Experience from Private Label business is considered a strong advantage
Strong analytical capabilities and a structured way of working
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English and either Swedish or Danish
Experience working with major Nordic retailers, particularly within Sweden, Finland and Denmark, is considered a significant advantage.
