We are a small, passionate, and agile team with a strong mission to improve the veterinary industry through innovative technology.

As a fast-growing, mission-driven technology company, we are expanding into the European market and seeking a Sales Manager to lead our regional growth efforts.

This is an opportunity to take on a key leadership role within our sales organization, supporting and developing a high-performing team while driving the strategic growth of our user base in the EU.

About the role

You’ll play a critical role in building a high-performing team that drives sustainable growth and customer success.

What you'll do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals across the EU region to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Provide hands-on coaching, ensuring the team effectively communicates product value and overcomes objections.
  • Design and implement scalable training programs focused on consultative selling, product knowledge, and sales methodologies.
  • Develop and refine sales strategies to optimize lead conversion and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Set clear KPIs and manage team performance through regular reviews, performance metrics, and continuous feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-ups, and opportunity progression.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to monitor team performance, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure the team delivers solutions that address customer pain points and align with CoVet’s value proposition.
  • Act as a liaison for EU market feedback to inform product and operational improvements.
  • Support the team in contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling efforts to maximize customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while leading successful teams.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on professional development and team growth.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS sales strategies, customer acquisition, and B2B sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Fluent in English; additional fluency in one or more major EU languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with healthcare, veterinary, or similar regulated industries is a plus.
  • Based in the European Union, with availability to work across EU time zones.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive base salary with a performance-linked commission structure
  • Flexible, remote-first working culture with emphasis on autonomy and results
  • Be part of shaping the future of a growing, mission-driven company with real-world impact in veterinary care
  • Inclusive and supportive team culture committed to equity and opportunity
