KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In the job family of Field Sales/Store Development, our focus is on driving sales and creating an impactful presence in stores. We work closely with retailers to ensure our products are well represented, and we develop strategies to increase visibility and sales.
  • You will manage and develop the commercial relationship with key customer(s) in the market
  • You will support and assist in executing strategies within your team and organization.
  • You will participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
  • You will focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
  • Your growth expectations will be aligned with the team's performance in a stable external business environment.
  • This role will work closely with other team members to ensure strong collaborative relationships are nurtured and important information is shared.
  • You will need to be aware of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g. decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements and act accordingly.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s Degree, preferably with business or marketing focus (business administration, marketing, or related field).
  • Up to 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.

Hard Skills:

  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights. Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) and advanced Excel for data reporting.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to transform complex data into clear and understandable reports. Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Excellent critical thinking skills and high accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Problem solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate strong discipline in self-organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment
