You are responsible for driving sales growth, leading Modality Sales Specialists, and supporting account teams in closing opportunities. The role manages pricing and product strategies, ensures business alignment, promotes technological innovations, and enhances customer satisfaction.

Your role:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business plans to drive revenue growth, expand market opportunities, and achieve commercial objectives
  • Provide clinical and technical leadership to Modality Sales Specialists and account teams, supporting solution positioning, value propositions, and successful deal closure
  • Oversee pricing strategies, product configurations, and business policy implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders by communicating market insights, promoting technology innovation, and recommending optimal solutions
  • Support competitive positioning, tender responses, and quotation processes through strong clinical, technical, and commercial expertise
  • Partner with account teams to deliver balanced selling, achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets, validate forecasts, and contribute to strategic business planning
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and monthly sales forecasts to support effective decision-making and resource allocation
  • Drive operational excellence through Lean methodologies and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, company policies, and ethical business practices across all sales activities

You should bring the following:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years with a Master's degree, in Business Development, Clinical Sales, Service, or a related commercial function
  • Strong sales acumen with proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and strategy implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and deliver impactful sales presentations to diverse audiences
  • Clinical and technical product expertise with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions and support complex sales opportunities
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving commercial performance targets
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and commitment to maintaining high ethical and quality standards
  • Experience in project management, process optimization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies and a track record of improving operational efficiency and business performance
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment while managing multiple priorities and driving results

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €87,101.93–€124,737. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for sales incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.

The salary information shown relates to the location Germany and may differ for other locations.
