Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales.
Prospect and engage business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and challenges.
Present our digital marketing and web development services.
Prepare proposals and collaborate with our delivery team.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience.
Experience selling digital marketing services, website development, branding, SEO, PPC, or related digital services.
Experience selling Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or social media marketing services
Strong outbound sales and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand client business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Existing network of SMB or mid-market business contacts.
Experience working with international clients.
Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or custom website development.
