About the Job:

Our client is a leading electronic showroom located in Colombo 4, known for offering high-quality electronics and exceptional customer service. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Sales Manager - Dealer/Corporate to drive sales, develop strategies, and manage relationships with corporate clients and dealers. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in corporate/dealer sales, preferably in electronics, with strong leadership and communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a reputable company in the electronics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate and dealer targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and corporate clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electronics sector.
• Manage and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

• Full or part-time professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a corporate/dealer sales role, preferably in the electronics sector.
• Previous experience in the electronics industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-handling skills.
• Ability to use initiative and drive sales performance.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Preferred age: Below 40 years.

Location: Colombo 4, Sri Lanka

Salary: Rs. 150,000.00 to Rs. 175,000.00 + Monthly Target Incentive + Vehicle Allowance

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Saturday: Half Day (8:30 AM 1:30 PM)
