This position is responsible to define, establish and deploy business strategy to develop and grow market share of CPC power distribution in Thailand, including route-to-market, offer positioning, market segmentation, customer program. Able to lead together with the commercial heads, the definition and implementation of business plan in achieving target set, sales and marketing activities of CPC Sales Team.
Define and develop resources, tools and activities to support CPC business unit sales & marketing for both centralized and localized. Understand and identify customer needs and market requirement in Thailand as to align with EA offering strategy, influence offer innovation and competitiveness. Create measurement platform to outline progress related to the deployment of the various capture strategies as well as their degree of success. The goal of this position is to manage and leverage the team capability to increase market coverage, grow market share and continuously enhance the efficiency of the company go-to-market.
A. Responsible to support and manage CPC business and cross collaboration for business growth, maximizing revenue, profitability and market share.
B. Build strong relationship with key partners and be their advocate for escalations.
C. Track key top partners' executive satisfaction level development.
D. Define, establish and deploy business strategy to develop and grow market share of CPC business and collaborate across internal teams, including route-to-market, offer positioning, market segmentation, customer program and organizational structure.
E. Define and develop resources, tools, programs and activities to support CPC sales & marketing.
F. Understand and identify customer needs and market requirement to align with EA offering strategy, influence offer innovation and competitiveness.
G. Deploy measurement platform to outline progress related to the deployment of the various capture strategies as well as their degree of success.
H. Mentoring and coaching country Power Distribution Partner.
