We're currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager – Corporate to join our National Sales Team. Based at TFE Hotels Head Office in Ultimo, you'll play a key role in driving corporate business across our diverse hotel portfolio, building strategic partnerships and delivering strong commercial outcomes.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales – Corporate, you'll be responsible for growing market share, securing new business and developing long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies and key industry stakeholders.

With a strong focus on business development and account management, you'll spend your time identifying opportunities, negotiating partnerships and positioning TFE Hotels as the accommodation partner of choice.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account development.
  • Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies (TMCs), project and long-stay partners.
  • Deliver against room night, ADR, room revenue and total revenue targets across the portfolio.
  • Lead sales presentations, client meetings, tenders and RFP submissions.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, networking activities, site inspections and client events.
  • Develop and execute sales plans for priority accounts and market segments.
  • Work closely with hotel, revenue, reservations and marketing teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans and sales reporting.
  • Represent TFE Hotels at industry functions, trade events and networking opportunities.

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated relationship-builder who combines commercial acumen with a passion for sales and hospitality.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Proven experience in hotel, hospitality, travel or corporate B2B sales.
  • Strong corporate market knowledge and established industry networks.
  • Success in exceeding revenue targets through business development and account management.
  • Experience working with corporate clients, travel management companies and preferred partnership agreements.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience preparing and responding to RFPs, tenders and sales proposals.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms; Opera and Salesforce experience (desirable)
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Full unrestricted Australian work rights (sponsorship is not available).
