For our location in Fuellinsdorf we are looking for a Sales Manager Consumer Goods & Performance Materials EMEA&Asia (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

  • Proactively evaluate new business opportunities, generate and develop leads and focus on deal closing in order to achieve your ambitious sales goals
  • Ensure high-speed market penetration for our innovative new products and solutions
  • Implement a targeted and aggressive sales strategy matching the needs of your market to ensure sustainable growth for all our products and services
  • Present Chemspeed solutions at customers, conferences and seminars
  • Analyze lab R&D workflows and provide appropriate solutions in close co-operation with our outstanding workflow design team
  • Continuously optimize the efficiency of your sales process by maximizing the impact of our in-house support and our CRM tool
  • On time / in full / in quality as per work instruction ComOps

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related scientific/technical field
  • Proven experience in selling complex scientific or technical capital equipment, ideally automated laboratory systems or workflow solutions
  • Strong track record in business development, lead generation, and successful deal closing in an international B2B environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute targeted, market-specific sales strategies with a focus on sustainable growth
  • Excellent understanding of laboratory R&D workflows, particularly within Consumer Goods and/or Performance Materials sectors
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into tailored technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams
  • Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented personality with a strong focus on achieving ambitious sales targets
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with confidence engaging at all organizational levels
  • Experience in working with CRM systems and structured sales processes to drive efficiency and pipeline transparency
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment with frequent travel across EMEA and Asia
  • English: minimum C1 level (mandatory) and any additional language (German, French or Mandarin) are a plus
