We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Szeged, Hungary. In this role, you'll lead sales initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth while building strong relationships with established and prospective customers. You'll be the key interface between our organization and clients, combining strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution to achieve ambitious targets and expand our market presence.

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify, attract, and convert new business opportunities in the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and business transactions while ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic planning and identify emerging opportunities
• Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and track performance against KPIs with analytical precision
• Lead and mentor sales team members, providing coaching, support, and motivation to drive individual and collective performance
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals and ensure seamless customer onboarding
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Travel to customer sites and regional markets as needed to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience and chemical/rubber understanding
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• Teamwork Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and data analysis software
• Knowledge in Construction, Automotive or other rubber related sectors
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• English fluent, preferred second language German, Hungarian
• Independent and structured working style
• Willingness to travel by 50% and flexibility
• Confident use of MS Office
