Keepit is growing fast across the Nordics and CEE, and we need an experienced sales leader to accelerate that momentum in our Commercial segment (1,001-5000 employees) - someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys the journey as much as the destination.
You will lead and develop our Commercial Sales organization across the Nordics and CEE - a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on winning new Commercial customers. This is a strategic, high-impact role that combines leadership, commercial excellence, and hands-on execution.
You will:
Lead, inspire, and scale a team of Commercial Account Executives across the Nordics and CEE, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.
Drive net new revenue through a strong Commercial sales motion, consistently bringing in new logos and expanding Keepit's customer base.
Drive cross-functional alignment on GTM execution to ensure consistent growth across the region.
Own pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy, holding the team accountable to strong execution and disciplined follow-up.
Work closely with regional and global leadership to shape the future of Keepit's Commercial organization.
Proven experience leading successful Commercial or Enterprise sales teams within a high-growth SaaS environment.
A strong track record of delivering consistent growth through Commercial or Enterprise-level new business and account expansion.
Deep understanding of the Nordics and CEE Commercial or Enterprise market, with knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and partner landscape considered a plus.
Strong commercial acumen combined with a hands-on leadership style — you lead from the front and know how to win complex deals.
Ability to engage and inspire at all levels.
Fluency in English.
Based in or near Copenhagen.
